c.1900 – A Britannia Pottery Figure of “Wee MacGregor” dressed as a Rangers FC footballer, his right foot resting on a football, on a circular base. Measures 35cm in height.



1928 – Half-pint glass tumbler embossed with an image of the Scottish Cup and the wording “Good Old Rangers – Winners of the Scottish Cup 1927-28”. The opposite side of the glass features a Saltire flag with lion crest and the wording “Scottish Football League Champions 1927-1928 Rangers FC”.


1937 – Glazed stoneware ashtray featuring the slogan “Good Old Rangers – League Champions 1936-1937”. Provenance from Graham Budd Auctions, June 2021.


19th October 1937 – Fielding’s Crown Devon Tankard Stoke City v Rangers 1937. The tankard depicts a tavern scene and has the words “Stoke City v Glasgow Rangers 19.10.37. To commemorate your visit to Stoke on Trent. From an old Stoke player A.R. Fielding”. Also depicted is a handshake with “AULD LANG SYNE” above and the words to the song below. Visitors to the Trophy Room at Ibrox will have seen an identical tankard adjacent to the Loving Cup which was presented to Rangers by Stoke City on the same day. The match, played on the Victoria Ground, Stoke was in aid of The Holditch Colliery Disaster Relief Fund. Presumably Rangers officials and/or players were also presented with these tankards. The tankard is stamped underneath with “Crown Devon, Fielding’s. Made in England PP No. 804873”. The pottery company was founded by Simon Fielding in 1878. The ‘A.R. Fielding’ mentioned is Arthur Ross Fielding who had two spells at Stoke City as a player between 1901-07. Provenance from Christies Auctions.



c.1950’s – Ceramic dinner plate which came from the Rangers Directors/Players restaurant. The plate features the Rangers crest with a gilt décor line and was produced by Bauscher, Bavaria, Germany.



c.1951 – Two ceramic Rangers decorative mugs from the Carrigaline Pottery Company Limited, Cork Ireland. Cream with gilt lip, base and handle, and the 1950’s Rangers club crest with wording “THE RANGERS FOOTBALL CLUB” and “READY”.



c.1954 – Ceramic mug produced by Britannia Designs Ltd. of Dartmouth.



c.1960’s – Set of 6 gilt rimmed Port glasses with Rangers crest.



1960 – Half pint glass with gilt rim and printed signatures of the Rangers squad commemorating Rangers winning the 1959-60 Scottish Cup.


1962 – Half pint glass with gilt rim and printed signatures of the Rangers squad commemorating Rangers Scottish Cup and League Cup wins in the 1961-62’season.


1967 – A 0.25-litre glass commemorating the 1967 ECWC Final between Rangers and Bayern Munich. The glass has pennants of both clubs printed on it, printed signatures of the Bayern Munich squad, an image of the Cup Winners Cup and the wording “Endspiel um den Europa Pokal – NURNBERG 1967”.


c.1970’s – A ceramic mug depicting a football scene and the wording “UP THE GERS”.

1987 Rangers commemorative football savings bank with Rangers crest and wording “SKOL CUP WINNERS PREMIER – LEAGUE WINNERS – 1986-87.



1987 –   A fine bone ceramic Limited Edition gilt-edged dinner plate produced to commemorate Rangers winning the league championship 1986-87. The plate features the Rangers crest encircled by the words “Scottish Football League – Champions 1986-87. It also has printed autographs of the first team squad. The observe of the plate has the wording “Ground: Ibrox Stadium. Founded: 1873. Limited Edition No. 82 of 200”, and has the makers crest “Seabridge Ceramics Staffordshire. English Bone China”.



1989 –   A fine bone ceramic Limited Edition gilt-edged dinner plate produced to commemorate Rangers winning the league championship 1988-89. The plate features the Rangers crest encircled by the words “Scottish Football League – Champions 1988-89. It also has printed autographs and names of the first team squad. The observe of the plate has the wording “Ground: Ibrox Stadium. Founded: 1873. Limited Edition of 200”, and has the makers crest “Seabridge Ceramics Staffordshire. English Bone China”.



1992 – A cut-glass official Rangers commemorative stemmed sherry glasses commemorating the 20th Anniversary of the Barcelona triumph in 1972. Engraved “20th Anniversary Barcelona 72-92” and an image of the ECWC trophy.



21st October 1992 – Edinburgh Crystal pint mug with handle, engraved “European Cup Man of the Match Rangers v Leeds United 21st October 1992”, presented to Ian Durrant post match.


25th November 1992 – Edinburgh Crystal pint mug with handle, engraved “European Cup Man of the Match Rangers v Marseille 25th November 1992”, presented to Mark Hateley post match.


Mid 1990’s – A Glencairn Crystal Decanter Set in presentation box, featuring a decanter and two shot glasses, all with Rangers crest, and miniature bottle of Rangers whisky.



Mid 1990’s – A Glencairn Crystal Collectors Set in presentation box, featuring a stemmed shot glass with Rangers crest, a miniature of Rangers whisky, and a pewter footballer figure.



Mid 1990’s – A Glencairn Crystal perfume bottle with round stopper, bearing the Rangers crest.



Mid 1990’s – A boxed set of 2 Glencairn Crystal whisky tumblers with Rangers crest.



1996 – A Rangers ceramic Scotch Whisky Decanter in a velvet presentation box which features the club crest on front and “Rangers FC” inside. Unopened, whisky intact.



25th September 1996 – Rangers v Auxerre commemorative ceramic tankard. White, gilt edged, Rangers and Auxerre club badges, UEFA Champions League logo and wording “Rangers v Auxerre, 25th September 1996”. Comes in presentation box with Champions League logo.



30th October 1996 – Rangers v Ajax commemorative ceramic tankard. White, gilt edged, Rangers and Ajax club badges, UEFA Champions League logo and wording “Rangers v Ajax Amsterdam, 30th October 1996”. Comes in presentation box with Champions League logo.



20th November 1996 – Rangers v Grasshopper commemorative ceramic tankard. White, gilt edged, Rangers and Grasshopper club badges, UEFA Champions League logo and wording “Rangers v Grasshopper, 20th November 1996”. Comes in presentation box with Champions League logo.



1998 – 125th Anniversary decanter with engraved stopper filled with blended Scotch Whisky. Bottle number 72/500.


1998 – A pair of stemmed bulb-shaped whisky glasses produced to commemorate the Walter Smith Testimonial Season and given to guests at the testimonial dinner.



12th April 1998 – Edinburgh Crystal commemorative cut whisky glass with the wording “Ian Durrant Testimonial Dinner Glasgow Thistle Hotel 12th April 1998”.



1999 – German commemorative 0.2L glass beer tankard for matches played 25th November 1999, and 7th December 1999. Features Rangers/Dortmund/Brewery graphics and “UEFA – POKAL 1999/2000 Glasgow Rangers”.


2001-2009 – Between this period, Danbury Mint produced the a series of 14 commemorative ceramic plates relating to Rangers.


1st February 2004 – Bulb-shaped whisky glass and miniature boxed set commemorating the Rangers Hall of Fame Dinner on 01.02.04.



2004 – Edinburgh crystal cut-glass decanter from featuring the Rangers crest.



2004 – Set of 2 Edinburgh crystal cut stemmed brandy glasses featuring the Rangers crest.


2004 – Set of 2 Edinburgh crystal cut-glass wine goblets featuring the Rangers crest.

One side shows an image of Baxter in a 1960’s Rangers strip, the opposite side a full biography. The base states “Pointers of London and Edinburgh; 40% volume; 70cl; Scotch Whisky; No. 9 of 2007”.



2008 – A square limited edition, hand painted, Pointers of London Exclusive ceramic whisky decanter (unopened) in tribute to Ally McCoist. One side shows an image of McCoist in Scotland strip; 2nd side his career honours; 3rd side his goal-scoring achievements; 4th side a full biography. The base states “Pointers of London and Edinburgh; 40% volume” 70cl; Scotch Whisky; No. 9 of 2008”.



2010 – A square limited edition, hand painted, Pointers of London ceramic whisky decanter (unopened) in tribute to John Greig. One side shows an image of Greig in a 1970’s Rangers strip; 2nd side a summary of his career; 3rd side his honours with the club; 4th side a full biography. The base states “Pointers of London and Edinburgh; 40% volume 70cl; Scotch Whisky; No. 36 of Year 2010”.
