Rangers won the match 8-1 with goals from R.C. Hamilton (4), Gibson (2), Speedie, and Campbell.

Rangers would win the match 4-1 in front of a crowd of 7,000, with goals from R.C. Hamilton (2), A. Smith, and Neil.
